MEDELU® is a registered trademark. The Medelu name, logo and distinctive signs may not be reproduced without written permission.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. The data filed by pharmacies in the reserved space, like the health data processed in the app, is hosted in the European Union, in Frankfurt (Germany), and does not leave it.

Data protection

For the data filed on this site (contact form, newsletter, pharmacy joining file), the controller is YMA Media Luxembourg S.à r.l.-S. For the health data processed in the app, the controller is the pharmacy that dispenses the product to you; Medelu hosts that data and acts on the pharmacy's instructions.

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection: [email protected]. Deleting a patient account has its own page: delete your account.

Supervisory authority: National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, +352 26 10 60 -1, www.cnpd.lu. You may lodge a complaint there at any time, without going through us.

Dispute resolution

A complaint is handled directly first, at [email protected]. Failing agreement, a consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the Service national du Médiateur de la consommation, 6, rue du Palais de Justice, L-1841 Luxembourg, +352 46 13 11, [email protected].

The European online dispute resolution platform stopped operating on 20 July 2025: there is no longer a link to give in its place.

The terms of use of the app, data confidentiality and payment security are gathered in the trust centre.
