The pharmacist's tools

No order is ever imposed on the pharmacy. The pharmacist keeps the same powers as at the counter, with better tools.

A clear processing queue. Orders received, in preparation, ready: no order gets lost between receipt and handover.
Refusal, at any time. The pharmacist can refuse or cancel any order, without justification, and reach the patient by phone or messaging.
Suspension in one gesture. The pharmacy can suspend its deliveries; the information is shown immediately on the patient side.
Named roles. Every action is attributed to an identified person at the pharmacy: owner, pharmacist, staff.
Connected to the pharmacy's software environment. The integration is designed to connect to the management software in use in Luxembourg pharmacies; its exact terms remain to be settled with the profession.
