The verified account

A verified named account links every order to a real person, without collecting more than necessary.

• Identity and age of majority. Personal account reserved for adults: legal age verified at registration through the matricule, which contains the date of birth, or through the identity document; phone number verified by SMS code.
• The CNS number, from registration. The number is requested at registration, as required by the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 18 July 2018: it ties every order to the insured person and acts as a safeguard, one account for one person. Its format is checked by the official matricule verification algorithm, which also confirms legal age.
• Delivery addresses. Several addresses possible, one by default; every delivery is tracked and documented.
• Ordering through an authorised representative. Provided for in the protocol, not open yet: an identified representative, the staff of a care facility or care network, would order for the patient from a dedicated dashboard. Handover would remain subject to identity checks.
